Can you hold a place before I apply?
In some circumstances a holding deposit can be placed. These circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We don't charge last month's rent. We only charge the first month's rent and a security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit can be refundable at the end of the term of the tenancy depending on many factors that will be addressed upon move out. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Co-signers are requested on a case by case basis. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
We have an online rent portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Please provide written notice of your intent to vacate at least 30 days before your scheduled move. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
In most cases the owner. However, there are circumstances where the tenant may be responsible for damage or repairs.
